Mission to Seafarers is a worldwide Anglican mission to support seafarers as they
travel the world on large ships. The crews are often mixed nationalities and cultures. Visit the Mission to Seafarers website
They are glad to have a change of atmosphere where they can relax in a friendly, environment, use the phone, internet, have a cuppa and a chat, play pool or board games, etc. They often like to look up the Visitors Book, to see where they themselves, a relative, a mate or their ship came to Port Lincoln in the past, or look up the world atlas and show where their families live.
The mission opens Monday to Friday from 7 pm to 10 pm, except public holidays Prospective helpers are welcome.
